Chicken Nacho Casserole
1 diced onion
1 small can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1 can chicken (or 1-2 cups diced cooked chicken)
1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced and drained
1 7.5 oz pkg Nacho Cheese Dorito chips - crushed
Approximately 1/2-3/4 cup sour cream
Shredded cheese for top
Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Remove foil and top with shredded cheese and bake another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
