Restaurant Style Salsa
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes with juice
2 cans (10 oz) diced tomatoes with chiles
1/4 cup onions, roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
1 jalapeno, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
1 lime, juiced
Combine large can of tomatoes, jalapeno, garlic and onion in a blender or food prossesor. Pulse until everything is finely chopped. Add the tomatoes with chiles, sugar, salt, cumin, cilantro and lime juice. Pulse until slightly chunky or to your desired consistency.
Makes 6 cups
